Our system (Shopify) has implemented 3D Secure , but if any signals of fraudulent use are detected, we may ask you to contact us for confirmation, change your payment method, or submit identification , so please be aware of this in advance.
Customers who choose cash on delivery payment
If you choose to pay by cash on delivery but are unable to contact us for an extended period of time, or refuse to receive the item, we may restrict your use of our website in the future. If you receive the item, shipping is free, but if you are absent for an extended period of time or the item is returned to us due to refusal to receive the item, you will be responsible for the shipping fee, cash on delivery fee, and return handling fee.
